Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we make returns and exchanges easy. All returns, exchanges, and refunds require a Return Merchandise Authorization (# RMA) number and must be initiated through My Account page.
Eligibility Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the original delivery date of your order, as confirmed by shipping carrier tracking. The item must be shipped back (postmarked) within this 30-day window.
💫 Store Credit (Best Option!)
Choosing store credit is the fastest way to shop again and ensures you keep the full value of your return:
- Get a full refund amount with no handling fee deducted.

Store credit never expires and can be used on anything across Cloéstar + Mason Tyler.
💳 Refund to Original Payment
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A flat $8 return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of the return label and associated processing.
- The refund will equal the product subtotal value, minus the $8 return label fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
- Your first exchange is complimentary; the $8 handling fee is waived and we cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
- We allow one exchange per order.

If you later decide to return the exchanged item, you may opt for store credit (full value) or a refund (the $8 fee will apply).

Exclusions (Items Not Eligible)
To keep our products fresh and fair for everyone, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked Final Sale.
- Gift Cards.
- Personal Care & Beauty Products: For hygienic reasons, beauty tools or skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used.
- Worn/Damaged Items: Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, other stains, or missing hygienic liners/tags, will not be accepted.
- Past 30 Days: Returns shipped back after the 30-day window will be rejected.

Sets & Bundles: Items sold as sets must be returned in full.
Additional Details
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment unless store credit is selected.
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return at our facility.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported to our support team within 7 days of delivery so we can immediately resolve the issue.
- Risk of Loss on Unapproved Returns: If a return shipment is lost, damaged, or cannot be tracked because it was sent without our authorized RMA label/process, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
