Cloéstar + Mason Tyler Balance Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 19, 2026

The CLOÉSTAR Balance (“Program”) is a paid customer program offered by Knapp USA LLC, including its affiliated brands CLOÉSTAR, Mason Tyler, and CLOÉ Beauty (collectively, the “Company”).
By enrolling in The CLOÉSTAR Balance, you agree to the following terms:


1. Program Overview
The CLOÉSTAR Balance provides enrolled customers with a recurring monthly balance (“Balance”) that may be used toward purchases on participating Company websites.
The Program also includes access to select benefits, including but not limited to early access to product releases, exclusive products and colors, and preferred shipping thresholds.


2. Enrollment & Billing
By enrolling in The CLOÉSTAR Balance, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis in accordance with your selected plan.
Billing will occur on the same calendar day each month corresponding to your initial enrollment date.
All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law.


3. Monthly Balance
Each month, your account will be credited with a Balance corresponding to your selected plan.

  • Balance may be used toward eligible purchases across participating brands
  • Balance has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash
  • Balance is non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder
  • Balance cannot be resold, exchanged, or applied to prior purchases

The Company reserves the right to modify eligible uses of Balance at any time.


4. Balance Expiration
Balances issued through The CLOÉSTAR Balance do not expire and will remain available in your account until used, subject to these Terms.


5. Use of Balance
Balance may be applied at checkout as a form of payment.
If the total purchase amount exceeds your available Balance, an additional payment method will be required for the remaining amount.
Balance may not be applied toward:

  • taxes (if applicable by jurisdiction)
  • shipping fees (unless otherwise stated)
  • gift cards (if offered)


6. Shipping Benefits
Program participants may receive preferred shipping thresholds or benefits as determined by the Company.
Shipping benefits are subject to change at any time without notice.


7. Cancellation
You may cancel your participation in The CLOÉSTAR Balance at any time by providing at least 30 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.
Upon cancellation:

  • No further monthly charges will be applied after the notice period
  • Any remaining Balance will remain in your account and may continue to be used

No refunds will be issued for prior payments.


8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Company is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from failure to safeguard account access.


9. Program Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate The CLOÉSTAR Balance Program, including pricing, benefits, and structure, at any time.
In the event of material changes, reasonable notice will be provided where required by law.


10. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at its sole discretion if it determines that you have violated these Terms or engaged in misuse, fraud, or abuse of the Program.


11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in The CLOÉSTAR Balance Program.


12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
