Opening Order Guidelines

To ensure optimal merchandising and a cohesive in-store presentation, we recommend the following opening order structure:

  • Opening Order Minimum: $1,000
  • Reorder Minimum: $500
  • Style Minimum: 2–3 units per style/color
  • Sizing: Flexible sizing available; size runs are not required

Our collections are thoughtfully designed to mix, match, and layer seamlessly. We encourage retailers to buy in coordinated sets to support sell-through and visual storytelling.

 

Curated Assortments

To simplify ordering and support strong sell-through, curated starter assortments are available by collection. Each assortment is balanced across key styles and sizes to create a cohesive merchandising story.

Custom assortments may also be created upon request.

 

Pricing & MAP Policy

Wholesale pricing is available upon approval and is structured to support healthy retail margins. Suggested retail pricing (MSRP) is provided as a guideline to maintain brand consistency across all partners.

CLOÉSTAR maintains a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Retailers agree not to advertise products below the established MAP without prior written approval. This policy helps protect brand integrity and ensures a consistent customer experience across all channels.

 

Ordering

Orders may be placed through our wholesale portal or directly with our team. Once submitted, all orders are subject to review and confirmation.

 

Payment Terms
  • Payment is required prior to shipment unless otherwise approved.
  • Approved accounts may be eligible for Net terms upon review.
  • Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

 

Shipping & Lead Times

Shipping timelines will be confirmed upon order processing.

While many items are in stock and ready to ship, select styles may be made to order and subject to extended lead times. Estimated availability and lead times are provided on the wholesale website at the time of ordering; however, all timelines are subject to change.

CLOÉSTAR is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.


Returns & Exchanges

All wholesale orders are considered final sale.

In the rare event of a defect or shipment discrepancy, claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

 

Brand Representation

We ask that all partners represent CLOÉSTAR, Mason Tyler, and CLOÉ Beauty in alignment with our brand standards:

  • Products may not be sold below MSRP or advertised below MAP without prior approval
  • All imagery and branding should remain consistent with brand guidelines
  • Online sales must be approved in advance
Availability

All styles are offered subject to availability. We recommend placing orders early to secure preferred styles and quantities, as many collections are produced in limited runs.
